Lifestyle Program
The Lifestyle Program is a non-diet approach to weight loss based on the intuitive eating method. Intuitive eating is a natural way of eating. There is no calorie counting or weighing of food. It’s the very simple method of eating when you are hungry and stopping when you are satisfied.
Our bodies want to be at a natural healthy weight for our body type. It sends us signals when its time to eat, and sends us signals when to stop eating. The problem is that over time we have stopped listening to our bodies and begin to eat for many reasons other than hunger. Here are some examples:
After a while, we forget what it is to feel hungry and full. This can lead to attempting diet after diet.
The popular approach for weight loss is to focus on restricting foods, obsessing over every morsel that goes into our mouth, weighing ourselves, and criticizing our bodies. The reason we continue to jump from diet to diet, is because diets don’t work! Diets have a 95% failure rate. The key to success is to make permanent lifestyle changes.
How it Works
The Lifestyle Program is the core of Simply 4 You Nutrition.
Because each person’s needs are very individual, the amount of sessions a person requires can vary. Sessions can be purchased one at a time, or a package program can be purchased.
