The Lifestyle Program is a non-diet approach to weight loss based on the intuitive eating method. Intuitive eating is a natural way of eating. There is no calorie counting or weighing of food. It’s the very simple method of eating when you are hungry and stopping when you are satisfied. Our bodies want to be at a natural healthy weight for our body type. It sends us signals when its time to eat, and sends us signals when to stop eating. The problem is that over time we have stopped listening to our bodies and begin to eat for many reasons other than hunger. Here are some examples:

Supermarket Tour

Estela is available to take you on a private supermarket tour at the grocery store of your choice. She will teach you how to read nutrition labels and walk you aisle by aisle and point our the best food choices directly related to your individualized lifestyle plan. The supermarket is one of the best education tools out there!
